With this many people not belonging to a local church, they often have nowhere to turn for spiritual guidance during life's critical moments. Even with technology in everyone's hands, people are lonelier than ever without a place to access biblical care and support.

My Chaplain was created to bring pastoral care, spiritual encouragement, and personal coaching directly into the daily lives of employees & community members across Middle Tennessee.

Jason Cline’s chaplaincy journey began in athletic ministry with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). In 2021, he expanded his ministry into the corporate sector, serving as chaplain for regional companies such as Covenant Group and Smith Bros Construction. Over the years, Jason has walked alongside both blue-collar and white-collar workers through every season of life—praying with them, providing 1-on-1 financial coaching, visiting sick employees and their family members in the hospital, standing with families during funeral visitations, and leading workplace Bible studies.

Recognizing that many employees do not have a local church or pastor to lean on during life's hardest moments, Jason launched My Chaplain as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Through regular on-site visits, informal meals, financial literacy coaching, and dedicated pastoral presence, My Chaplain partners with business owners to build resilient, supported, and purpose-driven workplace cultures.
